The Bubbly Bar

This little bar is a celebration of local crafters making some of the best bubbly in the world. Our South African version of Champagne is called Cap Classique, and is just as good as the French version in our (and many others') opinion. Some local makers also experiment with unusual grape varietals to produce flavour experiences that you won't find anywhere else in the world.
